A very pleasant and experienced technician, Luis, came out this morning at the designated time to repair my ancient chair lift. Turns out the old style motherboard (if that's what it's called) got fried because of frayed input wires. Manufacturing company is no longer in business and parts not available.
I was not charged for the call! He did offer to sell me a replacement at what seemed like a reasonable price. I will be doing that soon

A Luis did the assessment of our elevator and what would be needed for the repair. He was on time and professional, great to work with. After his assessment, his team got back to me the same day to schedule the technician to come out and service the elevator.
The technician also arrived on time and was able to get us back up and running the same day. It was a pleasure working with them, and while I hope nothing goes wrong with the elevator in the future, I know who I will call if it does.

Owner-operator Luis came out to service our 13 year old outdoor Acorn chairlift which traverses in a curve up 33 steps and 3 landings from our home to the garage and driveway. He arrived on time with his assistant and troubleshot the unit. A few adjustments were made & new batteries were installed. We were happily back in business.
However, after a couple days, the unit stalled. Luis came back out the same day, and reworked the unit, making additional adjustments after replacing a couple of parts. Both Luis and his young assistant tech are knowledgeable, courteous, and good communicators, as well as efficient in their trade.
Small independent businesses, like Stairlift Masters, which provide excellent service are a boon to the economy.
